Your rank reflects the experience you earn by focusing. Start at Bronze and work your way to Champion, one session at a time.

These are cumulative thresholds, not extra XP required after the previous rank.
Earn experience with focus
Earn 4 XP per minute of focus, plus your streak bonus. Pomodoro work sessions and time tracking both count. XP is added when a session finishes or is stopped, using the recorded minutes. Breaks do not earn XP.
Recorded minutes are rounded to the nearest whole minute, and the final XP reward is rounded to a whole number.
Build a daily streak
The first day has no bonus. Each consecutive day adds 5%, up to 100% from day 21. The bonus applies to every focus session that day.
Finish or stop a focus session with at least one recorded minute to keep your streak. Days are counted in UTC, using the date the session ends. Several sessions on the same day do not add extra days. If you miss a day, your next session starts a new streak at day 1.

Keep your progress
Your rank updates automatically when your total XP reaches the next threshold. A broken streak resets the bonus, but keeps your earned XP and rank. Champion is the highest rank; you can keep earning XP after reaching it.
